Barbie Brown has been a licensed cosmetologist for 16 years. She has her blood borne pathogens certificate and certification in Permanent Cosmetics in the state of Texas. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas as well. She has traveled to Los Angeles to take advanced training in 2017, she's constantly striving to learn new techniques and perfect the art of cosmetic tattooing.
